Having large experience and considerable knowledge in honey production and beekeeping we carefully examine each batch of honey. The company laboratory evaluates organoleptic qualities of honey, its maturity and diastase number, makes pollen analysis. We keep in close contact with the bee-keepers in order to learn distinctive qualities of each sort of honey, the breed of bees, main honey plants and other details of honey collection. Knowing all this information lets us discover the honey of the best quality. We ship honey from Orenburg Region, Bashkiria and Altai Region. Due to the cold winters, the bees in these areas of Russia produce larger amount if enzyme that gives local honey greater healing properties.
